Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Development of our pricing and discount system, including pricing principles, technical implementation in the ERP system, and process design
Driving the rollout of the pricing system across EMEA and other regions while supporting the associated change management process
Establishing market-based pricing for new product launches and actively managing pricing for the existing portfolio, including the design and implementation of regular price adjustments
Analyzing pricing, sales, and market data, and further developing relevant KPIs to steer pricing and sales activities
Developing interactive dashboards for management reporting
Maintaining and optimizing pricing and quotation processes in close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Controlling, IT, and the Digital Sales Unit
Enhancing pricing tools and advancing process automation, both internally and within the CPQ process
Advising Sales and Management on operational and strategic pricing-related matters
Delivering pricing training and knowledge transfer to Sales and other business functions
Further developing the Pricing Governance framework

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field, or a commercial vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in Pricing, preferably in a B2B environment and within project-based settings
Strong expertise in analyzing large datasets and complex business scenarios, with solid knowledge of statistical methods; experience with machine learning techniques is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Analysis for Office (AfO), Power BI, and Power Query; Python skills are considered a plus
Clear, goal-oriented, and respectful communication style
Independent and structured way of working
Constructive approach to challenging tasks combined with a strong business mindset
Very good English language skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
