Your tasks
- Define, continuously develop and ensure implementation of the global Sales Excellence strategy in line with the regional counterparts and our business objectives
- Develop and establish global sales standards, guidelines and best practices (e.g. account management, customer segmentation, pipeline management)
- Drive sales performance transparency through sales KPI frameworks and benchmarking
- Structure and prioritize business requirements for CRM and other sales tools’ development and ensure effective rollout together with the GDU
- Define and implement a global sales enablement training framework covering sales methodology, tools and soft skills together with HR
- Lead and further develop the Global & EMEA Sales Excellence community
- Act as a key interface between global sales excellence community, the sales organizations and internal stakeholders
- Foster global alignment while enabling local market flexibility
Your profile
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in an international environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance steering
- Strong leadership personality with joy in shaping, building, and driving change
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- High communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
- Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
