Your tasks

  • Define, continuously develop and ensure implementation of the global Sales Excellence strategy in line with the regional counterparts and our business objectives
  • Develop and establish global sales standards, guidelines and best practices (e.g. account management, customer segmentation, pipeline management)
  • Drive sales performance transparency through sales KPI frameworks and benchmarking
  • Structure and prioritize business requirements for CRM and other sales tools’ development and ensure effective rollout together with the GDU
  • Define and implement a global sales enablement training framework covering sales methodology, tools and soft skills together with HR
  • Lead and further develop the Global & EMEA Sales Excellence community
  • Act as a key interface between global sales excellence community, the sales organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Foster global alignment while enabling local market flexibility

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance steering
  • Strong leadership personality with joy in shaping, building, and driving change
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • High communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus
