Your tasks

  • Responsibility for sales budget planning and cost center planning in the EMEA region, including planning for sales channels (EDI, online shop, partner portal) with a focus on active customers and digitalization
  • Collaboration with Controlling and coordination in the matrix with sales clusters
  • Planning and management of marketing, personnel, and travel expenses, as well as contract issues
  • Development and management of digital component sales in EMEA
  • Management of campaigns and sales pushes, including digital events and product placements, and regular coordination with digital marketing
  • Performance marketing and KPI management, and responsibility for SEO and SEA measures and their evaluation
  • Monitoring of sales KPIs and implementation of KPI reviews, as well as management and business reviews for EMEA
  • Customer acquisition and target group development with measures to address new target groups and “no-touch” customers
  • Collaboration on product launches (e.g., Cableforce, SKINTOP) and sales fitness acceleration
  • Preparation for and participation in management meetings (EMEA, BWF, Digital Pioneers)
  • Implementation of measures in the event of target deviations and control and implementation of service processes in the Synergy Hub, e.g., customer master data)

 

 

Your profile

  • Business studies degree
  • Professional experience in business development, digital marketing, digital sales, and project management
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Team player with a confident, friendly manner and international communication skills
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work
  • High level of reliability and commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office
