Your tasks

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR management in EMEA countries outside of Germany
  • Leading and developing an international HR team
  • Serving as a business partner to the relevant managing directors and executives on all HR-related matters
  • Helping to shape and implement modern HR strategies
  • Management of transformation, change, and organizational development projects
  • Alignment and optimization of HR processes and policies with global standards, with a particular focus on performance, compensation & benefits, and analytics
  • Responsibility for succession planning, filling management positions, and leadership development
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws in various countries across the EMEA region

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or organizational development, or a comparable degree
  • Extensive leadership experience in a similar role at an international company
  • Experience in organizational development and HR transformation
  • Experience implementing HR processes in an international environment
  • Ideally, advanced knowledge of (digitally supported) analytics and compensation & benefits
  • Strong intercultural competence and a confident demeanor at the executive level
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to consider the perspectives and interests of others
  • Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
