Your tasks
- Supporting the strategic purchasing department with ongoing projects and providing general administrative support to the team
- Requesting quotes from suppliers as well as conducting offer comparisons
- Maintaining master data as well as preparing, analyzing and evaluating purchasing-relevant key figures (KPIs)
- Processing inquiries related to compliance topics
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of tenders
- Conducting market and supplier analyses
- Recording and processing order confirmations
Your profile
- Studies in the field of Business Administration / Industrial Engineering
- Ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or similar
- Fluent German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable
- Basic experience with ERP-systems
