Assisting with the operational management of incoming goods
Processing inquiries from our sales department regarding the transport of our shipments and assisting with complaint handling
Supporting the team in developing concepts for current projects in transport logistics
Creating presentations and analyses
Maintaining monthly statistics on transit times, costs, and quality, as well as freight rate terms in SAP
Your work is rounded out by preparing the monthly market update on the state of transport logistics
Through communication and collaboration with other departments such as Export, Goods Receiving, and Shipping, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of transport processes from all angles

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field with a focus on logistics
Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience with SAP ECC 6.0 is a plus
You are characterized by strong analytical skills, a holistic and structured approach to problem-solving, a strong willingness to learn, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team
