Your tasks
- Collaboration in diverse HR areas such as personnel marketing, personnel development, health management and applicant management
- Support in the planning, organization and implementation of onboarding events, anniversary celebrations and career fairs
- Collaboration in the planning and organization of seminars, webinars and HR development events
- Organization of health events as well as internal and external communication
- Preparation and implementation of job interviews
- Collaboration in digitization projects and process optimization in the area of human resources
Your profile
- Matriculated student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, preferably with a specialization in human resource management, business psychology, adult education or comparable
- Enthusiasm for all topics in the field of human resource management
- Fun with new topics, methodologies and tools
- Creativity, independent and structured way of working, fast comprehension skills
- Confident handling of Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good German and English skills
