Working Student (m/f/d) Purchase

Supporting the purchasing team in day-to-day operations, entering order confirmations, coordinating and monitoring delivery dates/dunning procedures
Master data maintenance in SAP
Assistance with supplier selection and evaluation: support in researching and selecting potential suppliers, maintaining and updating supplier profiles and documentation in TEAMS
Support with REACH/ROHs queries to suppliers
Identification of potential savings and optimization opportunities
Support with contract preparation and administration and filing of contracts and order documents
Support in the analysis and optimization of existing purchasing processes, development and implementation of measures for process improvement
Support with purchasing projects from PM, updating to the latest status, handling the old to new supplier purchasing process, risk analysis of possible supply failure

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
Initial practical experience in purchasing or a related field is an advantage
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, Teams
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Good knowledge of German and English
