Collaboration in IT projects and tenders (RFPs) (e.g., ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Device as a Service, Managed NOC)
Structuring and documenting project and process content
Participation in governance and compliance topics (hardware processes, ISMS documentation, audit preparation)
Creation and maintenance of knowledge databases (Confluence, Knowledge Base for ServiceNow)
Preparation of presentations and decision templates (for management meetings, community calls, internal communication)
Support of internal tech adoption initiatives (e.g., Copilot adoption, documentation consolidation)

Currently studying Computer Science (with a focus on Business) or a similar degree programme
A basic understanding of modern IT infrastructures, as well as an interest in IT service management and governance issues
The ability to organise project and process content in a structured manner and document it clearly
Proficiency in Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with M365, cloud technologies or automation is an advantage
Analytical, reliable and independent working style, as well as good communication skills in German and English
High motivation to familiarise yourself with new technologies and to work within a global IT organisation
