Your Tasks

  • Leading the production planning, purchasing and internal sales department.
  • Ensuring schedule and capacity planning as well as work preparation
  • Close collaboration with members of the production management team
  • Proactive delivery date management, including timely updates to the sales team
  • Coordinating external service providers and suppliers
  • Procurement of raw materials, services, commercial parts, and supplies
  • Inventory control and monitoring
  • Technical support in the area of shipping logistics
  • Selecting new suppliers and managing supplier relationships,

Your Profile

  • Basic technical training (apprenticeship) with further training as a process specialist or production specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting with strong planning skills
  • Proficiency in using a manufacturing control system integrated with an ERP system (SAP B1)
  • Leadership experience is preferred
  • Working independently, with a focus on quality, and reliably
