Your tasks

  • Active management and prioritization of orders via our logistics systems (e.g., WMS, SAP EWM), taking into account workload, capacity, and delivery dates
  • Real-time monitoring of logistics process chains from goods receipt to goods issue
  • Ensuring service levels, lead times, and productivity through demand-driven management of operational processes
  • Early identification of bottlenecks, backlogs, disruptions, and process deviations
  • Initiating, coordinating, and tracking appropriate corrective actions to stabilize processes
  • Deriving operational control decisions based on KPI analyses and relevant performance metrics
  • Developing, implementing, and refining systemic optimization measures to improve process performance
  • Preparation and analysis of reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Close collaboration with operational logistics departments, IT, and relevant interfaces within the company
  • Ensuring transparent communication and coordinated process control across all involved departments
 

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally with at least three years of experience working with WMS systems (e.g., SAP EWM, TM)
  • Strong process-oriented and systematic thinking skills
  • Very good understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI-based process management
  • Strong decision-making skills in an operational environment
  • A structured, prioritized, and self-directed approach to work
  • Proactive communication and management skills
  • High level of initiative and a strong focus on finding solutions
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
