The advertised vacancy is for a post in LC6.

You will manage and coordinate day-to-day operations in the goods-in department during your shift and ensure that everything runs smoothly
You will provide technical guidance to the staff on your shift and support them in carrying out their daily tasks
You will monitor compliance with productivity, quality and deadline targets in the goods-in department
You ensure that all goods-in processes are carried out in accordance with the specified standards, work instructions and safety regulations
You coordinate the receipt, inspection and system-based recording of incoming goods
You identify operational disruptions at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures and escalate relevant issues where necessary
You will support the induction of new staff and promote the continuous development of your team
You will work closely with related departments such as the warehouse, cutting shop, control centre, order picking and transport planning to ensure an efficient flow of materials

Several years’ experience in logistics (3 years, including 1 year in a managerial role), ideally with a focus on goods-in, as well as relevant managerial experience in an operational environment
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate staff, provide guidance and set an example of a positive team culture
A strong focus on performance and customer service, combined with a consistent commitment to quality in all goods-in processes
A structured, reliable and independent approach to work, as well as the ability to make well-informed decisions even under time pressure
Confident handling of challenges and conflicts, coupled with resilience and flexibility in shift work
Exemplary conduct characterised by a high level of commitment, transparency and the active embodiment of ONE LAPP’s values in day-to-day work
