Your tasks

  • Expansion of our market-leading position and acquisition of new customers in a technically demanding market
  • Creative idea development for sales strategies and marketing campaigns to optimally position our products and services and attract the attention of our target groups
  • Individual customer consulting and development of problem-solving and system solutions in the assembly sector to spark curiosity and interest among customers
  • Maintenance of the existing customer base and initiation of new business relationships
  • Negotiation and conclusion of business deals with customers
  • Close collaboration and coordination with the sales organization and various departments within the company to incorporate customer feedback and drive the further development of our products
 

Your profile

  • Good electrotechnical knowledge due to training as an electrical technician, master electrician (m/f), or an electrotechnical degree, or advanced commercial training or studies, or equivalent experience gained
  • Familiarity with sales metrics, which you use to facilitate your daily tasks
  • Excellent knowledge in the field of industrial communication
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Residence within your sales territory and high willingness to travel
  • Creativity, an open-minded personality, and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, and confident demeanor complete your profile
