The advertised vacancy is for a post in LC6.

You will ensure compliance with and the continuous improvement of quality standards at the logistics centre and promote a sustainable quality culture
You will analyse quality deviations, identify their causes and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures to achieve sustainable improvement
You will plan and carry out internal audits, quality checks and controls, and ensure compliance with defined standards
You maintain and optimise the quality management system and ensure that relevant processes, documentation and guidelines are kept up to date
You train and raise awareness amongst staff and managers regarding quality standards, methods and best practices
You monitor and analyse quality indicators, provide insight into trends and identify potential for improvement
You will work closely with the control centre to identify quality issues related to malfunctions and establish sustainable solutions
You will drive forward continuous improvement measures and collaborate across departments with Operations, the control centre and the Continuous Improvement Team to achieve a lasting increase in process and quality performance

At least 3 years’ professional experience in quality management, ideally in a logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment
In-depth knowledge of quality management, as well as experience in working with QM systems and quality methods
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, enabling the identification of root causes and the implementation of sustainable improvements
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and a focus on quality, combined with a strong understanding of customer requirements
Strong communication and training skills to effectively convey quality standards and embed them within the organisation
An independent, structured and cross-functional approach to work, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
