Your Tasks

  • Provide technical support to the Sales team on high-tech products.
  • Organize seminars, events, and training sessions to promote products and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Plan and deliver technical training for new employees and the internal and external sales force.
  • Conduct training sessions and technical meetings directly at the client's location.
  • Stay up-to-date and keep the team informed about new products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and Customer Service to address technical issues related to commercial opportunities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and direct the sales force towards emerging or complementary markets.
  • Manage strategic relationships with industry associations and key partners for LAPP Italia's strategies.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events, monitoring competitors to analyze trends and strategies.
  • Plan the launch of new products according to HQ guidelines, monitor sales performance, and propose improvement actions.
  • Interact and participate in meetings with U.I. LAPP (Product Managers, Technical Office, Laboratory, and Testing Center), as well as the Product Managers of all LAPP GROUP subsidiaries.
  • Develop market strategies for the product lines within your area of expertise.
  • Assess and analyze the current state and trends regarding technical, electrical, mechanical, environmental aspects, and various and/or additional approvals required by the market.

     

Your Profile

  • Excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken, for managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, for international communication.
  • Proficiency in the use of major IT tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint) at a medium to advanced level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical situations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a predisposition for teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and reliability in achieving results.
