Your Tasks
- Ongoing management of Procure-to-Pay – Finance team and responsible for hiring, training, development and performance management within their respective team.
- Operational coordination of assigned team, prioritization of tasks and workload within the team.
- Responsible for process governance, tools and technology and driving process and system improvements.
- Responsible for ensuring team metrics (SLAs, KPIs) are sustained at the expected level and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise.
- Point of contact for stakeholders and process leaders including the communication with senior management regarding the status of the process activities and any possible issues.
- Ensurance for the team adhering to company ethical principles and values in everyday work.
- Responsible for budget compliance, finance directives and policies.
- Preparation of reports and processing of other queries.
- Management of knowledge transfer within the team.
- In order to support the team, responsible for execution of daily procure-to-pay (finance) duties, e.g. customer master data and accounts payable, invoice processing and payment, and communication with vendors.
Your Profile
- Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance, Economics.
- Min. 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting/finance processes including team management and professional experience in the field of in SSC
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher)
- Good knowledge of SAP MM/FI module.
- Analytical skills.
