Planning, controlling, and monitoring material flow as well as inventory management
Processing orders, consignment, and import/export shipments including customs clearance
Tracking delivery dates, coordinating with suppliers, and managing dunning processes
Maintaining article and supplier master data, handling complaints and invoice processing
Supplier management including selection, evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost optimization for suppliers from the APAC region with predominantly English communication in spoken and written form
Supporting strategic purchasing planning and risk management in the supply chain
Collaborating with internal interfaces, especially product development (Engineering)
Organizing and coordinating transports (air freight, truck, sea freight, rail freight) and transport reporting
Participating in cross-functional projects
Managing and archiving relevant documents and tax assessments

Completed commercial training or specialist qualification (m/f/d) with more than 5 years of professional experience
Solid knowledge of SAP as well as confident handling of MS Office applications
Experience in operational and strategic purchasing, including demand planning, supplier management, contract management, and cost optimization
Knowledge in transport management, especially organization and coordination of transports (air freight, truck, sea freight, rail freight) as well as customs clearance
Strong methodological skills such as change management, negotiation and presentation skills, organizational talent, as well as time and self-management
Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility in dealing with change
