You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our existing integrated management system. Your primary goal is to ensure that the management system makes a measurable contribution to improving our performance, while also ensuring compliance with applicable requirements—no more and no less.

Your tasks

  • The current management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) is maintained pragmatically and modernized in a targeted manner, without burdening the organization with non-value-added efforts
  • You support the maintenance and further development of additional certifications (e.g., ATEX, KBA, KTA, EcoVadis) and are open to sensibly integrating new requirements or standards into the existing system when needed
  • You conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits and management reviews, and ensure that deviations and improvement potentials are not only documented but actually implemented and utilized
  • You work closely with the specialist departments and support them in translating requirements into practical, understandable regulations—always focusing on the concrete benefit for the company
  • Initially, you will be closely guided content-wise to quickly understand the company-specific contexts. Afterwards, you work largely independently and proactively

Your profile

  • Solid professional experience in managing management systems—at least according to ISO 9001, ideally also ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001
  • In-depth understanding of IATF requirements (ideally with practical experience)
  • Knowledge of additional standards or certifications (e.g., ATEX, EcoVadis, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Crucial mindset: You always prioritize practical benefit over formal compliance. Even with very good knowledge of the standards, you maintain a focus on which requirements are value-adding in the specific company context and which would only generate administrative effort without measurable added value
  • Discretion and strong judgment—you recognize what is realistically and effectively implementable in our organization without overburdening the structures.
  • Strong communication skills: You convey complex issues simply, understandably, and convincingly
  • Openness to change and enthusiasm for not only maintaining an existing system but deliberately making it more future-proof and streamlined
