Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) – Foreign Trade

The position is a fixed-term contract ending on March 31, 2028.

Carrying out preference calculations for the Lapp Group’s European production facilities
Obtaining long-term supplier’s declarations (LSDs)
Preparing individual supplier’s declarations (ISDs) and long-term supplier’s declarations for our customers
Preparing and requesting certificates of origin
Assisting the export department with the processing of shipments to third countries
Regular review of the tariff classification of Lapp products

Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Several years’ professional experience in export processing or customs management is desirable
Working knowledge of SAP GTS and SAP S/4 Hana is desirable
Strong analytical thinking and process orientation
A structured, independent, goal-oriented and team-oriented approach to work
Commitment, flexibility and initiative
Customer focus and strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Lotus Notes
Good written and spoken English
