Your Tasks

  • A Lean Specialist is responsible for maximizing production efficiency by analyzing the production cycle and implementing strategies to reduce costs, waste, and non-value-adding activities.
  • They focus on introducing lean methodologies across various business areas to create a more efficient and effective organization.
  • Eliminating waste and optimizing process.

Your Profile

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and ability to implement them
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus
