You analyze, optimize, and automate finance processes within the LAPP Group, with a special focus on the EMEA region
You manage global optimization initiatives in the finance area and contribute your process and system expertise, particularly in the S/4 HANA environment
As a connecting interface between finance, IT, and internal customers, you translate requirements into viable solutions and actively drive their implementation forward
You take responsibility for key project phases—from blueprint creation through implementation to rollout—and support the necessary change management measures
You communicate confidently with project participants, stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring transparency, reliability, and clear decision-making foundations

A completed vocational training or degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, or Business Informatics is required
Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as in leading or managing projects are needed
The candidate should have an excellent understanding of financial processes, global economic contexts, and digital transformation approaches
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex issues in a structured manner and implement solution-oriented measures are essential
High advisory competence, strong communication skills, and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at different levels are also important
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is necessary, and experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage
Additionally, very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
