Your tasks

In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of HR projects across the employee lifecycle. This is a generalist position that offers a structured introduction to various HR areas through close collaboration within the TAED team.

  • Supporting HR projects (e.g., People Development, Tech Adoption, Transformation, Engagement, DEI, People Sustainability)
  • Collaborating on the planning, coordination, and documentation of projects and initiatives
  • Working with internal stakeholders (HR, business units, international interfaces)
  • Preparing presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials
  • Supporting the implementation of global HR initiatives at the regional or local level
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Providing general administrative and organizational support in a project context

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a comparable field
  • Initial practical experience in the HR field or project management (e.g., internships or work-study positions)
  • Structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in HR topics across the employee lifecycle
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Very good German and English language skills
