Maintain the transformation portfolio, roadmap and initiative backlog includingdependencies and capacity view
Prepare prioritization based on value, urgency, feasibility, dependencies & capacity
Operationalize governance, standards, decision cadences & escalation mechanisms
Track progress and risks, prepare fact-based decision papers and recovery actions
Build and maintain the KPI and value-realization view together with Finance
Support initiative leads and independently run selected sub-projects
Prepare transformation communication, reporting and management materials

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma), ideally with a focus on sales, marketing, communications, or international business
Solid transformation, portfolio-management and strategy-to-executioncapabilities
Analytical understanding of business and financial performance, ability totranslate KPIs and business cases into actions
Structured problem-solving, program governance and Lean-managementcapabilities
Confident stakeholder management across functions, countries andlevels
Strong communication and change-management skills
