Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR management in EMEA countries outside of Germany
Leading and developing an international HR team
Serving as a business partner to the relevant managing directors and executives on all HR-related matters
Helping to shape and implement modern HR strategies
Management of transformation, change, and organizational development projects
Alignment and optimization of HR processes and policies with global standards, with a particular focus on performance, compensation & benefits, and analytics
Responsibility for succession planning, filling management positions, and leadership development
Ensuring compliance with labor laws in various countries across the EMEA region

A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or organizational development, or a comparable degree
Extensive leadership experience in a similar role at an international company
Experience in organizational development and HR transformation
Experience implementing HR processes in an international environment
Ideally, advanced knowledge of (digitally supported) analytics and compensation & benefits
Strong intercultural competence and a confident demeanor at the executive level
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to consider the perspectives and interests of others
Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
