Coordinating people development initiatives in the EMEA region
Responsibility for people development in Germany
Designing and organizing various employee development programs, such as training and development initiatives
Managing our learning management system
Providing guidance to managers on employee development
Facilitating and organizing training sessions and workshops in both digital and in-person settings
Selecting and coordinating trainers (m/f/d)

A successfully completed degree (e.g., business administration with a specialization in human resources, psychology, business psychology, or adult education)
Initial professional experience in the field of human resources and/or leadership development, along with project management skills, preferably in an international setting
Experience in designing and implementing modern human resources development tools (online and offline)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Facilitation skills and strong consulting expertise at all organizational levels
Excellent command of German and English
Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
