Your tasks
- Supporting the CEO by independently handling operational and strategic tasks
- Responsibility for preparing the content of CEO appointments and meetings as well as preparing management presentations
- Close cooperation with other divisions (Finance, Sales, HR and Operations)
- Preparation and evaluation of analyses and research
- Implementation of own company-wide and international (sub-)projects
- Content and methodical conception and implementation of workshops and meetings for upper management
- Support in the steering/coordination of management processes
Your profile
- Above-average degree in business administration or similar qualification
- First professional experience or doctorate
- Analytical, independent and structured working style as well as entrepreneurial and goal-oriented thinking
- High motivation, time flexibility and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and complex issues on a regular basis
- Very good communication and networking skills at all hierarchical levels, an open manner and intercultural competence, ideally with previous experience abroad
- High sense of responsibility, reliability and loyalty
- Very good knowledge of English, further language skills an advantage
