Your tasks

In this role you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of LAPP’s employer branding in the EMEA region. This includes, in particular:

  • Developing and implementing the employer branding strategy for the EMEA region
  • Designing, planning, and implementing internal and external employer branding initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Developing target-group-specific content and campaigns for various communication channels
  • Analyzing market trends, target groups, and competitors to derive relevant measures
  • Supporting and further developing recruiting and HR marketing strategies
  • Maintaining and further developing platforms and company profiles (e.g. Kununu)
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders from HR, Marketing, and Communications
  • Collaboration on and management of HR projects in the context of employer branding
  • Participation in career and college fairs as well as relevant events

Your profile

  • A completed degree (e.g. in business administration with a focus on human resources, marketing, communication, or a related field)
  • Several years of experience in employer branding, HR marketing, or recruiting—ideally in an international setting
  • Experience in developing and implementing campaigns, as well as in project management
  • Creativity and a knack for target-audience-oriented communication
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Excellent German and English language skills
