Development of innovative processes in the automotive sector, taking into account cost-effectiveness, the highest quality standards, state-of-the-art technologies and occupational safety
Maintenance and management of master data in SAP as well as provision of manufacturing documents for production
Definition and specification of process parameters
Preparation of specifications and procurement of production equipment in collaboration with equipment development
Validation and integration of new manufacturing processes into production workflows
Optimization of existing production processes within the framework of lean management and continuous improvement (CIP)
Creation and maintenance of automotive-specific documents, including FMEA, production control plans and process flowcharts
Assuming sub-project management during the introduction of new projects
Developing new equipment, from creating a concept through evaluating a “make or buy” decision to implementation
Optimizing and further developing existing cable processing equipment
Configuring electrical test systems and manufacturing Equipment

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field with a focus on production or production technology
Substantial professional experience in production support and process development
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and project management
Basic FMEA training is desirable
Experience in cable assembly is a plus
Independent and goal-oriented work style, strong communication and teamwork skills, flexibility
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, as well as general software proficiency
Strong command of German and English
