Your tasks

  • Systematic analysis of processes, key performance indicators, and weaknesses throughout the entire logistics chain
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement and development of appropriate optimization measures
  • Independent planning, implementation, and follow-up of continuous improvement, Lean, and optimization projects
  • Facilitation of workshops, Kaizen events, and cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Standardization and stabilization of logistics processes to sustainably increase performance
  • Supporting the control center and operational departments with structural improvement measures
  • Introduction, further development, and application of Lean methods and tools
  • Training and empowering employees and managers in the area of Lean Management
  • Promoting a culture of sustainable improvement and change within the organization
  • Measuring the success of implemented measures using defined metrics and ensuring long-term effectiveness
  • Preparing analyses, presentations, and decision-making documents for various stakeholders
 

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in process improvement, continuous improvement (CIP), or lean management, ideally with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience
  • Excellent knowledge of processes throughout the entire logistics chain<
  • In-depth knowledge of common lean methods (e.g., 5S, value stream mapping, PDCA)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills when collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Ability to implement changes sustainably and embed them within the organization
  • High level of initiative and a strong focus on results
