EMEA Regional IT Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Lead local IT operations across the region, ensuring alignment with the overall LAPP business strategy and goals
- Functionally leading the regional IT resources, ensuring a global LAPP Global IT community, and adhering to LAPP global IT governance
- Assure local/regional IT policies and procedures are following LAPP’s global IT regulations, standards, and best practices
- Accountable for the local/regional IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Manage and develop the regional IT team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver high-quality IT services
- Work closely with local MD, IT leaders and experts in each country to ensure that IT strategy, projects, and initiatives are aligned with the overall LAPP business and IT objectives
- Promote the vision of one Global IT @ LAPP including process harmonization and standardization
- Act as ambassador for digital transformation initiatives within the region on behalf of LAPP Global IT
- Accountable for the local IT and LAPP group project portfolio of the region, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Accountable for the regional implementation of LAPP’s cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the security of IT systems and data across the region
- Act as a liaison between the local/regional IT teams and the LAPP Global IT team, ensuring that there is effective communication and collaboration across all teams worldwide
- Collaboration and liaison with local business teams and management boards
- Developing a clear vision, anticipating future trends, and strategic planning to achieve long-term business and IT goals
- Effective team leadership, building strong relationships, change management, and results-oriented work to ensure high-quality IT services
Your profile
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in IT management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- High English language proficiency is a must and knowledge on the local language skills for respective country region is a plus
- Significant demonstrable track record of successful collaboration with and influencing executive level leaders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, following industry and company best practices/standards
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- General understanding of cybersecurity topics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Negotiator between different stakeholders
