Your tasks

User Adoption & Enablement:
Development and implementation of adoption & change concepts for M365 services
Planning and execution of enablement formats (workshops, trainings, webinars, learning paths)
Creation of target group-oriented communication and training materials (guides, videos, FAQs)
Copilot for Microsoft 365:
Supporting the implementation and continuous development of Copilot for M365
Supporting business departments with use case definition, best practices, and value proposition development
Further developing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Workplace Agents
Supporting AI use cases and automation scenarios
Establishing best practices and governance models
Collaborating closely with IT Security, Data Protection, and Compliance teams to ensure the secure use of Copilot
M365 Collaboration & SharePoint:
Consulting on modern collaboration scenarios with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
Design and optimization of information and collaboration structures (e.g., team, channel, and SharePoint concepts)
Support for standardization and governance of M365 collaboration services
Digital Workplace Development:
Participation in the strategic development of the digital workplace portfolio
Close collaboration with ServiceNow / ITSM (service catalogs, self-service, adoption building blocks)
Interface between IT, business units, and other stakeholders (HR, communication, security)
AI Workplace & Innovation:
Further development of the AI Workplace based on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Evaluation of new Microsoft AI technologies and identification of suitable use cases
Support for pilot projects, rollouts, and success measurement

Your profile

Completed studies in (business) computer science, media, communication, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
Practical experience with user adoption, enablement, or change management in the IT or digital workplace context
Very good understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and generative AI technologies in an enterprise environment (use cases, opportunities, and limitations)
Solid general knowledge of the M365 platform (architecture, basic security, governance approaches)
Strong communication and presentation skills – also for non-technical target groups
Structured, independent working style as well as a high level of service and solution orientation
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

It would be an advantage to have experience with:

Experience with adoption frameworks (e.g., the Microsoft Adoption Framework)
Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Agents
Knowledge of ServiceNow (Employee Center, Digital Workplace, ITSM)
Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Agents
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft certifications in the Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, or Azure ecosystem
Experience working in international or global IT environments
Basic understanding of data protection (GDPR) and information security within the Microsoft 365 environment
