Your tasks

  • Consulting and Customer Support:
  • You accompany our customers throughout the entire sales process from inquiry to quotation to order placement. You provide advisory and solution-oriented support for all questions and concerns
  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: You are responsible for building and maintaining long-term, close relationships with our top customers. The focus is on customer needs as well as trustful and solution-oriented communication.
  • Customer Analysis and Targeted Addressing: You conduct detailed customer analyses to identify needs and potentials. Based on these insights, you develop targeted addressing concepts and implement them successfully.
  • Idea Development and Implementation: You independently develop ideas to further develop your customer district. You consistently implement these strategies to increase market share and sales.
  • Campaigns and Activities: You carry out planned campaigns and activities to promote our products and services and to unlock new customer potentials.
  • Order Processing and Logistics: You monitor and accompany customer orders, coordinate changes, ensure delivery dates, and handle logistical services as well as the provision of relevant documents (e.g., certificates, advisories).
  • Documentation and Administration: You diligently document your sales activities in the appropriate tools (e.g., SAP, CRM) and ensure professional data maintenance. Additionally, you create reports and analyses to track sales activities.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: With the support of our market management, you stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and positioning strategies.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong skills in building customer relationships and good interpersonal sensitivity
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the company's products and services
  • Industry knowledge is an advantage
  • CRM/SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Initial experience with AI programs
  • Language skills in German & English
  • Technical understanding is an advantage
